The dog collar walk is a new idea for local FUNdraising for the ministry of the church.

 It’s a great way of bringing people (and dogs!) together in a way which not only raises funds for your own church but opens up the possibility of ongoing support, practical help and resources for you and your minister from ReSource. The money you raise will be equally divided between your nominated church and ReSource.

All you have to do is ask us for a free information pack. The work is done for you – just choose a place and time, find some dog-walking friends to walk with, and invite your friends and neighbours to sponsor you! You never know, they might like to come too – dog walkers are amongst the friendliest people around!

Practicalities

You decide where and when to do your Dog Collar Walk. Pick a day, recruit your friends and their dogs, get sponsored and enjoy your walk. Meet some new people and new dogs, raise awareness of the church in your community, and have fun!

You can order Dog Collar Walk leads and mugs using the form in your pack – which also contains guidelines, posters, sponsor forms and dogwalk stickers.
